The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join the existing legal team of our UKâbased business division, which offers a range of B2B product lines, including language training to corporates and executive leadership programs. From our Ashridge Estate located in Hertfordshire, we complement our B2B educational offerings with a B2C business (hospitality, weddings, conferences, events). We are looking for a highlyâorganised individual who will work under the guidance and direction of the Senior Legal Counsel, to help manage and progress a wide range of commercial contracts from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for a highlyâorganised, commercially minded individual who thrives in a fastâpaced environment and enjoys working across the business.
Scope
- Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to support business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management, legal, procurement, or a similar commercial role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossâfunctional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems/tools
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fastâpaced environment
- Fluency in English essential with a professional working proficiency in another language desirable
- Ability to adapt to an international culture in a vibrant, salesâdriven and nonâhierarchical organisational structure without 'corner offices', interacting with versatile stakeholders
