As a Motion Designer at Tain, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create seamless and engaging user experiences. Your designs will not only be aesthetically pleasing but will also prioritize user satisfaction and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design and assist with implementing highly engaging animations.
- Work closely with other designers, stakeholders, developers, product managers, business analysts and support teams to define the product engagement strategy.
- Participate in design reviews, team meetings, brainstorming sessions.
- Create storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for desktop and mobile.
- Come up with new ideas and creative solutions and work on improvements.
- Present concepts to stakeholders, iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.
- Push the visual and motion design forward and help maintain its cohesion by designing and documenting motion design guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of animations, propose best implementation practices to achieve lightweight and high-quality results.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in Motion design.
- Creativity, problem-solving, passion and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform within tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- A clear understanding of animations within user-centred design and web standards.
- Solid knowledge of After Effects.
- Solid knowledge of Figma.
- Adobe Suite tool (Illustrator and Photoshop in demand).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in iGaming industry will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in UI/UX or Graphic Design is an advantage.
- Experience with After Effects plugins or other motion tools is an advantage.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
