We are an in-house arcade-style online iGaming development team that manages the entire product lifecycle — from concept ideation and game design through to backend/frontend development and live launches. Our collaborative environment brings together product strategists, designers, QA specialists, and developers under one roof to deliver engaging gaming experiences.

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Assistant to join our Product Team. You will create original bilingual content in both English and Chinese — from game slogans and promotional copy to player-facing game rules and how-to-play guides. You will also coordinate marketing assets across internal teams, manage game text assets, and conduct light industry research to support the team's planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Create original content in both English and Chinese — this is a content creation role, not a translation role. Write creative and engaging game slogans, game descriptions, and promotional copy in both languages. Transform raw game information into clear, well-organised game rules and how-to-play guides for player-facing use. Develop promotional and launch communications, including product announcements and press materials for new game releases. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all written materials in both languages.
  • Marketing Asset Coordination & Text Asset Management: Prepare, organise, and distribute marketing materials (game icons, banners, product documents, etc.) to internal teams and external partners. Work closely with the Design team to ensure visual assets align with marketing messaging. Maintain an up-to-date library of marketing collateral for all game titles. Manage and maintain game text assets across localisation platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Market Research: Conduct online research on the gaming industry to support the Product Team's planning and positioning. Compile findings into clear, concise summaries for internal use. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials aligned with launch schedules. Support the Product Owner in preparing client-facing and stakeholder-facing documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content writing, or a related field. Recent graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese — this is essential to the role.
  • Strong copywriting ability with a flair for crafting catchy, concise messaging (e.g. slogans, product descriptions, promotional taglines).
  • Comfortable with online research and able to gather and organise information effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • A collaborative, team-player mindset with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with or working knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Interest in or exposure to the online gaming / digital entertainment industry.
We Offer
  • Experience a dynamic and team-oriented work environment.
  • Opportunities for personal growth and learning.
  • An open, inclusive and supportive team where you will be valued, and your suggestions will be welcome.
  • 26 days paid holiday per year, in addition to local public holidays.
  • Risk Benefits such as pension, Life Assurance (4x annual salary), Private Medical Insurance.
  • Team Building activities, Local discounts and more.
