We are seeking a highly analytical and detailāoriented Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that product development aligns with business goals and customer needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and other teams to analyse market trends, gather requirements, and optimise product strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Support product strategy by proposing product improvements, new features, and optimisation opportunities.
- Manage and support Game Release Management, ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders.
- Define, document, and maintain operational workflows to support product launches and ongoing platform operations.
- Manage platform events and coordinate the development of future eventārelated modules and platform enhancements.
- Create clear and comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Involve in crossāfunctional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of the game or event development process.
- Maintain accurate and upātoādate documentation in line with product and operational changes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product management, project management, or a business analyst role.
- Experience in defining and managing operational workflows is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to create functional specifications and detailed product documentation.
- Excellent written documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fastāpaced environment while maintaining precision and quality.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
