We are looking for a technically adept Technical Analyst experienced with compliance requirements to join our expanding iGaming business. In this role, you will be the translator between compliance and technical/engineering teams. Your primary mission is to ensure our gaming platform, RNG (Random Number Generators), and data systems meet the rigorous technical standards of the MGA (Malta), Isle of Man GSC, and the newly regulated markets of Brazil (SPA/MF) and Peru (MINCETUR).
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Definition & Technical Design: Translate compliance policies into structured engineering specifications, use‑case flows, and interface documentation. Ensure all technical artefacts align with internal architecture principles and compliance standards.
- Technical Certification & Lab Liaison: Work with the technical compliance officer to manage the technical lifecycle for GLI/BMM/eCOGRA certifications. You will be the point person for external labs, ensuring they have the technical access and documentation needed to certify our RNG and platform. Evaluate upcoming product features to determine if they constitute a “Significant Change” under MGA or IOM rules, requiring a re‑audit or notification.
- Policy Review & Compliance Assurance: Work closely with the compliance team on translating regulatory policies into technical requirements. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including system specifications and architecture diagrams, and technical user guides. Maintain awareness of evolving regulatory requirements and update templates/playbooks accordingly. Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance processes, including contract playbooks, clause libraries, and governance frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in a technical analyst, or systems analyst role within a tech‑led or iGaming environment.
- Competent in producing technical documentation, flow diagrams, and system architecture maps.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with compliance requirements of following jurisdictions: MGA, IOM, Brazil and Peru, highly desirable.
- Experience working in Agile teams using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
