We are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager to lead the design and evolution of our BI and analytics platform. In this role, you will define the product vision and roadmap for a unified BI system that supports management decision-making and operational execution. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and platform teams to turn complex business needs into scalable, well-structured data products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the overall vision, positioning, and roadmap for the BI platform.
- Design and standardise core metrics and analytical frameworks to support management reporting and operational use cases.
- Translate business requirements into clear BI product designs, dashboards, and metric definitions.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of BI features, from requirement discovery and prioritisation to launch and iteration.
- Work cross-functionally with data and engineering teams to ensure data products are accurate, reliable, and easy to use.
- Drive BI product adoption by improving usability, clarity, and decision impact across teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Data Product Management, Analytics Product Management, or a related role.
- Proven experience building or leading BI platforms or analytics products.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex business problems into data and metrics.
- Experience defining metric systems, data models, or analytical frameworks.
- Familiarity with data platform architectures, data warehouses, or lakehouse concepts.
- Solid communication skills and experience working with business, data, and engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience writing PRDs and driving products from concept to delivery.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with DE/Infra/Ops/DA/DS teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building BI systems or data platforms from 0 to 1.
- Experience with product design or prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Axure).
- Ability to work effectively in cross-region or international team environments.
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
