Role Description
This is a full-time site-based role for a Site Supervisor based primarily in London. The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for staircase and balustrade installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing installation teams
- Ensuring safety compliance
- Supervising workflows
- Maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders
- Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors to resolve any on-site challenges and ensure client satisfaction
We would consider an exceptional candidate at the beginning of their career who would like to develop initially as a working supervisor and train to become a fully qualified Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex on-site installations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams, clients, architects, and contractors
- Experience in workplace safety compliance and on-site supervision
- Technical understanding of construction drawings and design plans
- Proven problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges
- Previous experience in steel erection / architectural metalwork
