Specialist Architectural Design
Occasionally designing feature staircases from scratch, but predominantly taking an existing design from a leading architect and developing it through fabrication to installation. You would be developing designs to take into consideration aesthetics, buildability, program, budget, and sustainability.
Part of the role would be specifying materials, components, and finishes that meet the project brief, regulations, and are commercially viable and available. You would work in conjunction with the project design team whilst liaising with our production facility in the Netherlands and installers in the UK.
Careful document management is important, so having an organised approach is an important aspect of this role, as is careful management of client communication to ensure that contracts are complied with, and any variations are agreed upon and captured.
Our projects are of the highest standard for quality and architectural design. We work with many of the leading architects around the world. Our projects are typically part of large, high-end commercial schemes where we are acting as a specialist subcontractor to a main contractor or a fit-out contractor. We also work on several high-end schemes for retail or super-prime residential.
