We are a well-established electrical installations business working with some prestigious, blue-chip clients and projects locally, nationwide and more recently in Europe. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Electrical Business Development Manager to join our successful, busy office. Key Responsibilities * Proactively targeting and developing new and some existing clients to develop and follow up on sales / project leads and enquiries to develop profitable accounts * Responding to customer enquires and updating the CRM system * Working on documentation and quotations based on projects, contracts, scope of works or labour supply requirements * Developing and delivering sales proposals, tenders and working to customers’ requirements and expectations. * Working to deadlines and building your sales pipelines * Collaborate with the wider company project management team to ensure customer service and order fulfilment Requirements * Proven, recent experience in a highly competitive or target-driven customer focused role working B2B * Familiarity within a similar environment or within Electrical, Automotive, Manufacturing, Contracting industries * Flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines who will also work to get the deal over line! * Highly motivated, self sufficient but also a fun team player! * Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels * Strong worth ethic with a drive to be successful * Full driving licence We are a motivated, welcoming office team who over the last 12 months have not only worked hard but also helped raise £161k for Liverpool charities, through team building activities, which included pulling a Boeing 737 aeroplane down Liverpool Airport runway!
