Eequ is the market leader in delivering booking infrastructure for government-funded programmes supporting underserved communities, while also powering a growing commercial marketplace for activities across the UK. By serving both, we’re lighting up a nationwide network of independent providers and helping bring communities together through real-world classes, clubs and events. We are a product-led company with a high bar for quality, where thoughtful software design is the main engine of adoption and retention. Our growth has come not from sales people, but from customers who became our champions, because we built something genuinely worth recommending.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years senior partnership management

How We Work:

There are no departments at Eequ. No middle management. No bureaucracy. Instead, a small group of Founders Associates work directly alongside the CEO to underpin the company’s core engineering operations. This team is diversely skilled, highly trusted, and impactful. Every Founders Associate arrives with at least one superpower. The role will shape itself around your strengths, but everyone starts from the same place, understanding Eequ end to end.

This Role:

You’ll manage and grow relationships with some of our most important clients including public sector teams running youth and adult programmes across the UK, and large national organisations delivering activities at scale. These are high-trust, high-value relationships that require consistent, senior-level communication and problem solving. Alongside managing existing relationships, you’ll take responsibility for identifying, approaching and bringing new partners into the Eequ network.

Where You May Be Coming From:

  • You’re a few years into a partnerships or account management role and want more responsibility and opportunity to progress.
  • You’ve worked with public sector clients, councils, NHS trusts, charities, and understand how to remove institutional barriers.
  • You’ve been quietly building skills in tech and AI and are ready for a role that actually uses them.

What You’ll Own:

  • Manage a portfolio of key partner relationships
  • Attract new partners in public sector and national organisations
  • Partner onboarding and training
  • Handle contracts, invoicing, and partner administration
  • Thought leadership (LinkedIn, blogs)
  • Building and improving technical systems: Attio, Xero, AI tools, spreadsheets

This Is Perfect For You If:

  • You’re confident presenting to and supporting senior clients
  • You use AI and software tools to avoid unnecessary manual tasks
  • You work things out through persistent research and learning
  • You have a flair for tech and default to building systems that remove repetitive work
  • Bonus: You have a background in compliance, legal, finance or similar

The Details:

  • Salary: Competitive + performance bonus
  • Location: Remote / Hybrid or Brighton office
  • Team: CEO + 3 Founders Associates
