THE ROLE
An opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate Director or Director Project Manager to work for a large firm of construction consultants based in London.
You will work on high-value hotel projects, including new build, upgrade, and fit-out works.
The firm is seeking candidates who are MRICS / MAPM or similarly qualified, with experience in hotel projects from another construction consultancy.
The Company
My client is a large construction consultancy providing Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Employers Agent, and Project Management services for projects across the UK and internationally.
They operate from multiple offices and work on a diverse range of projects, including commercial, hotel, residential, sports stadia, data centers, airports, and life sciences.
THE CANDIDATE
You should be a BSc or MSc qualified construction project manager at Senior Associate Director or Director level, likely MRICS, MAPM, RIBA, MICE, or similar.
You must have significant experience managing high-value hotel projects, including new builds, upgrades, and fit-outs, with excellent client-facing skills.
Experience from project inception to completion, including pre and post-contract phases, is essential.
You should be capable of supervising a small team and have good analytical skills. Knowledge of JCT D&B and other contract forms is required.
A stable work record and excellent English communication skills are necessary.
The salary ranges from £80,000 to over £100,000 plus benefits, including professional fees, health insurance, pension, discretionary bonus, and others.
