An exciting opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a firm of multidisciplinary consultants in their Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire base. MRICS qualification is required to perform a broad range of building surveying duties including both project and professional work. You will work as part of a team; clients will be private and public sectors.
Responsibilities
- Design and specification
- Contract administration
- Building condition surveys
- Dilapidations
- Clerk of works
- Project management
- Use of Unmanned Aerial Systems (Drones) for surveys; experience with UAS is useful
- Experience on projects for colleges, schools, local government, hospitals, and other healthcare sectors would be useful
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree or MSc in Building Surveying and MRICS qualified
- Broad based building surveying experience for both project and professional duties
- Ideally experience with repairs and maintenance projects
- Experience on education and healthcare projects would be useful
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident dealing with people at all levels
