An exciting role for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join a medium sized firm of consultants in their West London office. Clients are mainly landlords and tenants, and the firm provides Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project Management services.

- Investment surveys
- Building inspections
- Condition surveys
- Report writing
- Specification writing
- Dilapidations
- License to Alter
- Party wall
Candidate: You must be chartered with the RICS and have experience with a UK firm of chartered building surveyors or other multidisciplinary consultants. Ideally you will have around ten years or more experience post‑qualification, strong technical knowledge, and experience of the duties listed above. You should understand the building process, have a stable work record, and possess excellent written and spoken English.
