OPPORTUNITY:
An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the opening team of a new Australian Sushi QSR.

Who we are looking for:
- Strong Japanese culinary experience preferred
- At least 2 years management experience in high volume casual dining or QSR site
- A reliable and energetic leader
- Someone who can manage a team with empathy, fairness, and genuine care
- A chef with focus and passion for their craft
Role and Responsibilities:
- Leading daily kitchen operations with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain a 5* food hygiene environment at all times, with no compromises.
- Supervise, coach, and develop junior kitchen team members.
- Monitor labour costs and support efficient roster management.
- Support counter service and customer enquiries when required.
