We are looking for a Sales & Field Application Engineer with experience in RF/microwave engineering. This role combines commercial engagement with technical customer support. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, present appropriate technical solutions, and support the sales process from initial contact through deployment.
Responsibilities
- Seek new opportunities – actively identify, engage, and develop new customers in the space and RF ecosystems
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs in the areas of RF/microwave products, engineering consultancy, space payload design & testing
- Present and explain technical solutions including test setups, system architectures, and measurement approaches
- Support pre-sales activities such as technical discussions, proposals, and demonstrations
- Provide on-site and remote application support during system integration
- Act as a technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams
- Contribute feedback from the field to improve products, documentation, and solution offerings

Requirements
Sales and Customer Interaction
- Experience with sales process and new customer identification & acquisition
- Ability to identify customer needs and map them to appropriate technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions
Technical Background
- Relevant experience in RF engineering, test & measurement, or microwave systems, solid understanding of RF fundamentals
- Exposure to space payload testing, ground support equipment (GSE), or system-level RF testing is a strong plus, but not mandatory
Practical Skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, demos, and on-site support
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Natural curiosity, confidence, and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
- Comfortable working in a role that balances technical depth and commercial awareness
