Midlands Based Energy Efficiency Consultants (EEC) is continuing to grow, and we're now looking for a Retrofit Coordinator Manager to join our leadership team. We deliver large-scale retrofit programmes across England and Wales through major frameworks, and we need someone who can lead our team of Retrofit Coordinators while helping us strengthen how we operate as we scale.
The Opportunity: You'll be part of delivering significant retrofit projects across England and Wales — schemes that improve housing stock at scale. One of the most rewarding parts of retrofit coordination is that the work genuinely makes a difference. Behind every compliant project is a home that is warmer, safer and more efficient for the people living in it. In this role, you won't just oversee projects — you'll help lead the people delivering them.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and supporting a team of Retrofit Coordinators
- Working closely with our Operations Manager to improve and streamline internal processes
- Ensuring standards remain strong as project volume increases
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the business
This is a hands-on leadership role within a consultancy that is expanding quickly but carefully.
