We’re currently hiring Assistant Store Managers for our Visiontek EE franchise locations, and we’re looking for retail professionals who are passionate about people, technology, and great service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Demonstrate new tech and encourage customer interaction with our products.
- Lead from the front on the shop floor, hitting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Support and coach team members to improve their product knowledge and service skills.
- Ensure your store maintains a welcoming, customer-first environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Spot and act on new opportunities to improve store performance.
- Help lead and develop a high-performing, knowledgeable team.
- Support a results-focused culture, balancing commercial KPIs with service excellence.
- Contribute to long-term planning and succession with support from your Franchise Store Manager and Regional Franchise Manager.
- Foster a team environment that’s motivated, confident, and customer-focused.
