Store Manager in Scunthorpe

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Store Manager to lead our EE store in Scunthorpe.

This isn’t just about managing a shop. We’re looking for someone who wants to lead from the front, develop a high-performing team and take real ownership of their business.

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the overall performance of the store — delivering strong commercial results while creating an outstanding experience for our customers and a great environment for our people.

Retail management experience would be advantageous, particularly within telecoms or a target-driven environment, but attitude, leadership ability and commercial drive are just as important to us.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll receive a basic salary plus an attractive uncapped commission structure.

OTE: Approx. £55,000 based on earnings
