Responsibilities
Day to day, you’ll lead your people to deliver both individual and team objectives, including driving revenue combined with a great customer experience. You’ll communicate with stakeholders from across the business, ensuring a clear strategy and support for your store. You will foster a high‑performance culture focused on both financial and behavioural KPIs, while capitalising on new retail opportunities.
As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll lead by example with exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences. You’ll bring fresh ideas to the table and build strong relationships with customers and the community, building loyalty among first‑time visitors.
