Overview
Pricing & Regulations Manager – 12 month fixed term contract at EE. We’re EE. We are the biggest mobile and broadband operator in the UK and we have a relationship in every second household in the country. Locations: London, Birmingham or Bristol
Work pattern: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
What you\’ll be doing
- You will work on a range of areas across our product lines and brands, to ensure we meet our strategic, commercial and growth ambitions, while remaining aligned with all legal & regulatory obligations.
- Areas of focus may include:
- Annual price increases, including implementation of new approach as well as the price rise execution itself
- Development and evolution of strategic cross product and household level pricing and frameworks
- Evolution of terms & conditions to support pricing approach and commercially optimal outcomes
- Evolution of pricing, policy and GTM approach for social tariffs
- Ensuring our response to new and evolving regulatory requirements is optimal
- Supporting Group Regulatory & Compliance functions to ensure full legal & regulatory compliance
- Supporting internal and external audit processes as required

- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans
- Bold and confident thinking with experience in constructively challenging existing processes or strategies
- Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams
- Professionalism and resilience in a fast-paced matrixed environment with a history of navigating organisational complexity
- Experience managing ambiguity and identifying resources to implement pragmatic solutions
- Proven ability to translate solutions into practical marketing plans with commercial impact
- Strong commercial acumen demonstrated through prior roles
