so you ll be in great company here. What does being a sales advisor involve? You ll join a lively sales team in our Merthyr contact centre. We ll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You ll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell. You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you ll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
