Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Sales Representative located on-site in Orpington. The Customer Service Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product and service information, handling sales transactions, and resolving any issues that customers may encounter. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales targets.
