Why this role matters
As part of the Knowledge and Comms team, you\\u2019ll shape content that reaches over 15 million customers every week, as well as support our internal Guides across all brands. Your work will simplify complex messages, align with business goals, and help deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
This role plays a key part in supporting everything from small updates to large-scale business change, ensuring our content is clear, consistent, and impactful. You\\u2019ll also drive continuous improvement, working closely with teams across all Consumer functions to enhance both knowledge and communications.
Responsibilities
- Creating engaging and original content across service areas including Knowledge articles, Digital Help, and service communications, tailored to user needs and brand standards.
- Driving change and governance by reviewing requests to ensure alignment with strategy, brand, and delivering excellent end-to-end customer experiences.
- Designing with users in mind, using research, testing, and feedback to ensure content is accessible, relevant, and effective across all channels.
- Using data and analytics to monitor performance, gather insights, and make informed decisions to continuously improve content and user experience.
- Collaborating across teams, including SEO, design, and agile delivery groups, to ensure content is optimised, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
- Working across multiple technical delivery (CMS) platforms to support content delivery, testing, and future strategy development.
What Skills You\\u2019ll Need
- Proven experience writing and designing content, preferably in a multi-service environment.
- Ability to use data and insights to inform decision making.
- Excellent at managing workloads, meeting deadlines, and balancing priorities while working with demanding stakeholders.
- Capable of generating innovative ideas and producing content that captures attention and drives engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across teams.
- Comfortable working across different platforms and topics, with an understanding of Gen AI, LLMs, CMS, and comms technologies.
