Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Leader at EE located in Tottenham Hale, London. The Assistant Leader will be responsible for supporting the store leader in managing daily operations, including overseeing staff performance, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include employee training, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Assistant Leader will also be involved in marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase store profitability.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train and develop staff effectively
• Experience in inventory management and stock control
• Familiarity with marketing and promotional activities
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Prior experience in retail or similar industry is beneficial
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
