What our Legionella Risk Assessor will actually do

As a Legionella Risk Assessor, you’ll be on the front line of keeping workplaces safe.

You’ll travel to client sites, conducting detailed risk assessments in line with ACOP L8, HSG274, and BS8580-1 standards.

Our Legionella Risk Assessor will also

  • Produce accurate, bespoke schematic drawings
  • Deliver clear and confident feedback to clients on the day of assessment
  • Carry out audits of site records against industry guidance
  • Review water hygiene practices and identify areas for improvement
  • Carry out routine monitoring tasks when required
  • Attend regular technical review meetings and contribute to team learning

You’ll enjoy the flexibility of working from home two days a week, giving you the perfect balance to focus on report writing and recharge. Your work-life balance is our priority.

  • You’ve got solid experience in water hygiene and Legionella risk assessments
  • You’re confident with ACOP L8, HSG274, and ideally BS8580-1
  • You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and mobile technology

  • You ideally hold a recognised Legionella Risk Assessment qualification
  • You’ve got a full UK driving licence
