As an Assistant Store Leader at EE, you'll help shape a store that customers love walking into and a team that loves working together. This is a role for someone who thrives on making connections, creating energy on the shop floor and guiding people toward their best. If you're passionate about great service and proud of the experience you've built so far, this is where it can really shine.
Every day, you'll be at the centre of the store's momentum supporting your Store Manager, keeping things running smoothly and stepping up confidently whenever you're needed. You'll bring the team together, help them understand new tech and products, coach them through challenges and celebrate the wins that come from team collaboration. You'll already have experience in driving customer service in a sales-focused environment, and you'll know how to create a place where customers feel genuinely listened to. Your experience in coaching, developing people and leading teams to achieve strong results will help you lift performance across the store. And when you take the reins in your Store Manager's absence, your natural confidence, clear communication and proactive mindset will ensure everything continues to run at its best.
At EE, we're building an inclusive workplace where everyone can succeed. We're open to flexible working, including part-time hours, job shares, and other options, and provide emergency time off for dependants as well as generous maternity and paternity leave. Talk to us during the recruitment process and we'll help find a role that fits your life and your ambitions.
This is a regulated role and is subject to a bankruptcy check in addition to our regular pre-employment checks.
