Responsibilities
As a Business Consultant at EE, you will play a vital role in growing our BT and EE Business presence within local communities. This is a commercially focused role for someone with the drive, resilience and sales expertise to generate new business, build trusted relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences through our retail stores and beyond. Comfortable influencing others, you will build trust through strong communication, a customer-first approach and collaborative working.
You will bring experience from a fast-paced direct sales environment, ideally within telecoms, with new business growth at its core. Working closely with colleagues across Retail and SoHo Enterprise, you will connect local businesses with the right solutions to support their growth. Acting as an ambassador for both EE and BT, you will represent our brand in the external market while influencing and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-quality sales journeys.
Your ability to understand customer needs, tailor solutions and build long-term relationships will be central to your success. You will own your performance, managing your pipeline through proactive prospecting, lead management and account development. From identifying new opportunities and converting warm leads to growing existing accounts through in-life reviews, you will take a structured, organised approach to delivering results.
Your commercial awareness, strong product knowledge and understanding of the local SME market will ensure opportunities are identified, progressed and delivered in line with business goals and your own targets. Every day, you will bring energy, professionalism and focus—demonstrating best-in-class sales behaviours, meeting KPIs and SLAs, and building credibility with customers and colleagues alike.
Whether networking externally, partnering with store teams or contributing to regional collaboration, you will be a trusted and visible presence driving growth and success.
