EE Gosforth is looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our team in Washington, Tyne and Wear. The role is part-time with 20 hours per week, evenings, starting from October 2026, with shifts Monday to Friday 4:45pm–9:00pm.
You will handle incoming calls from EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through our product options. You’ll be a confident listener and communicator, aiming to meet sales targets while delivering great service.
