EE Gosforth is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in the North East. The role is 20 hours per week, evenings, with shifts Monday to Friday 4:45pm–9:00pm, starting October 2026.
You will join a lively contact centre, handling inbound EE customer calls to find the best deals on phones and broadband, and help customers navigate product options with emphasis on listening and problem solving.
