Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Distribution, the Senior Distribution Executive is responsible for all aspects of rates setup and distribution across our channels. This includes loading rates and products into our PMS and distribution channels, as well as optimising these channels to achieve the best profitability possible.

Location: London office, 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Distribution and Distribution Systems Manager in managing the rate infrastructure, ensuring it is fit for purpose, accurate, and correctly distributed within the PMS and external distribution systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all distribution systems.
- Identify the origin of rate parity issues and ensure they are resolved.
- Monitor the distribution inbox to ensure corporate rates are loaded within agreed SLAs.
- Liaise with account managers, software providers, and service partners where necessary.
- Manage new channel and system setup processes under the guidance of the Distribution Systems Manager.
- Support ad‑hoc projects related to rate management, such as new segmentation initiatives.

Experience
