Edyn is seeking an Operations Assistant for our London HQ to support the Operations team.

The role is based five days a week at our London Bridge Head Office, with exposure to multi-site hospitality operations across the UK and Europe.

You will assist with day-to-day activity, liaise with hotels, support reporting and project coordination, and help maintain standards and documentation.

Prior hospitality/operations experience is helpful but not essential.
