The role supports the execution, optimisation, and reporting of digital performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels. Working closely with the Head of E-Commerce and CRM and agency partners, the Digital Performance Executive will ensure our paid search, display, and social campaigns deliver strong ROI and contribute to brand and commercial goals across the edyn portfolio.
Location & Hours: Based at our London offices, 5 days per week. Responsible to Head of E-Commerce and CRM.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Paid Media Management: Support the delivery of paid media campaigns across paid search (PPC), paid social, programmatic, and retargeting. Liaise with agencies on campaign setup, creative trafficking, and optimisations. Monitor daily performance to ensure budgets and KPIs are met. Assist in the QA process for ad creatives, tracking, and landing pages.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Support weekly and monthly performance reporting using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboards. Extract insights and trends to inform creative testing and budget reallocation. Work with internal teams to align on commercial priorities and digital KPIs.
- Search & Web Optimization: Support SEO efforts by assisting with content audits, keyword research, and basic on-site updates. Collaborate with the Digital Content Executive to align on landing page needs and CRO improvements. Stay current on shifts in search behaviour, particularly in relation to AI-driven search experiences.
- CRM: Support entry-level CRM tasks.
- Innovation & Collaboration: Bring new ideas for testing, targeting, and ad formats. Participate in cross-functional meetings with Brand, Content, and Revenue teams. Stay updated on the evolving digital advertising landscape and industry best practices.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Skills
- Core Skills: Solid foundational knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics. Analytical mindset with confidence working in spreadsheets and dashboards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good communication and project coordination skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Experience: 2+ years in a digital marketing or media role (in-house or agency), of which at least one in the hospitality industry. Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio. Familiarity with CRM platforms.
