Join to apply for the Digital Marketing Manager role at edyn. Edyn is a soulful hybrid hospitality brand, bringing together thoughtfully designed spaces and genuine human connections across Europe. Our Marketing team is central to shaping our brand, telling our story, and driving growth through creative, data‑driven campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Manager drives Edyn’s digital performance through the hands‑on execution of paid marketing campaigns and the day‑to‑day management of supporting digital content. Reporting into the Head of E‑Commerce & CRM, the role personally builds, launches, and optimises paid campaigns end to end, without reliance on agencies. Alongside performance activity, the role is responsible for keeping websites, campaign pages, email journeys and on‑property digital touchpoints accurate, up to date and fit for purpose. The position requires hospitality experience and practical expertise across paid media platforms, analytics and CMS environments. This role is based at our London Bridge office 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, launch and optimise marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display and retargeting channels.
  • Own campaign set‑up end to end, including account structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, pacing and creative testing.
  • Actively monitor and optimise performance daily and weekly to deliver agreed commercial KPIs.
  • Ensure tracking, attribution and measurement are correctly implemented, QA’d and maintained across campaigns.
  • Maintain and update content across the Locke brand website.
  • Ensure digital content is technically sound, aligned with campaign objectives and compliant with SEO and analytics best practice.
  • Support the execution of email marketing cycles, including campaign sends, promotional updates and basic journey deployment.
  • Ensure email content, links and assets are accurate, tested and aligned with campaign activity and commercial priorities.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date content across on‑property digital systems, including hotel TV platforms and in‑room guest information.
  • Coordinate updates with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency between online and on‑site guest‑facing content.
  • Own regular performance reporting across paid media and digital channels, producing clear, factual updates for the Head of E‑Commerce and CRM.
  • Analyse performance data using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio and platform dashboards to identify issues, trends and opportunities.
  • Connect campaign and channel performance to commercial outcomes such as revenue, cost of acquisition and efficiency.
  • Work closely with other internal teams to ensure campaigns are correctly executed and supported operationally.
  • Translate commercial and campaign requirements into clear digital execution, rather than outsourcing delivery to agencies.
In this role you will need the following experience/skills:
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing or performance roles with direct ownership of execution.
  • Strong, demonstrable ability to personally build and manage paid digital marketing campaigns, from set‑up through optimisation and reporting.
  • High level of operational competence across websites, CMS platforms, email tools and digital content systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly around content accuracy, QA, tracking and campaign set‑up.
  • Confident working with data and performance metrics, with the ability to identify issues and act decisively.
  • Practical, delivery‑focused mindset with a low tolerance for errors and handovers.
  • Mandatory experience in hospitality, ideally within hotels, serviced apartments or closely related accommodation brands.
  • Proven hands‑on experience operating Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and similar platforms – not limited to briefing, reviewing or managing agencies.
  • Experience maintaining and updating websites and campaign content directly within a CMS environment.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio and digital performance reporting.
  • Experience supporting email marketing execution and managing multi‑channel campaign rollouts.
Why edyn?
  • Grow your career: Build on your HR expertise within a dynamic, multi‑country hospitality brand.
  • Make an impact: Support leaders and employees directly, shaping the daily employee experience.
  • Be part of something soulful: Join a team that celebrates individuality, inclusion and creativity.
