What you’ll be doing:
- Convert day-to-day enquiries from corporate and agency partners into high-value bookings
- Build strong relationships with our key clients, becoming their go-to for all booking-related support
- Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to truly understand client needs and service expectations
- Negotiate with internal teams and clients to close bookings that work for everyone
- Go on familiarisation trips with Sales to strengthen client relationships and promote our spaces
- Become an expert in our full edyn portfolio across Europe – from Locke to Cove and beyond
- Share your knowledge with the wider reservations team to keep standards high across the board
- Drive revenue through upselling and room upgrades
- Always be one step ahead on policies, promotions, systems and service standards – ensuring every client interaction feels seamless
- Bring our “Soulful Hospitality” to life with every booking
About you:
We’re looking for someone who’s got a sharp eye for opportunity, a great phone manner, and the confidence to manage client relationships at a senior level. You’ll be friendly, organised, and just as focused on service as you are on sales. You’ll also have:
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales or reservations in the hospitality or serviced apartment industry
- Knowledge of the European hospitality market (bonus points for this!)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and juggling multiple client needs
- The initiative to offer creative solutions and make decisions that benefit both edyn and the client
- A curious mindset – always wanting to learn, explore and do better
