As the Head Host, reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager, you\’ll play a key role in supporting the daily management of a Locke aparthotel. You should have a strong understanding of maintaining and enhancing the Locke brand, excel in people management, and have a natural talent for delivering outstanding service that encourages guests to rave about their stay and return.

- Supervising, coaching, and empowering the Day House Host team

- Identifying and encouraging upselling opportunities within your team
