We are seeking a natural leader with calm composure under pressure and strong organisational skills to oversee the Food & Beverage team and report to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Service Delivery
- Take responsibility for understanding, meeting, and exceeding quality objectives and KPIs.
- Act as an SME in the relevant area and foster a knowledge culture in F&B.
- Ensure full familiarity with company policies, SOPs, processes, operations, products, brands, promotions, and services.
- Handle escalations, support the team, respond to telephone and email inquiries, and resolve issues professionally in line with each brand approach.
- Follow edyn policies and procedures to ensure smooth customer service processes and satisfaction.
- Log and manage complaints according to the edyn complaints procedure, providing solutions and follow‑up within timeframes.
- Liaise with operations, reservations, and finance to resolve issues efficiently and within agreed SLAs.

- Ensure seamless daily operations while balancing efficiency with high service standards.
- Lead and mentor the F&B Head Host and Head Chef, driving a strong service culture that maintains brand reputation.
