We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in the Starman Restaurant in Hyatt Centric Hotel in Eddington area. About the Role

As Senior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the daily operation of our kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in delivering outstanding dishes and an unforgettable dining experience. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure the highest standards in food quality, consistency, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef with menu creation, planning, and development
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service
