Eden Locke Edinburgh is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join Luqa, our in-house coffee shop and restaurant. You will work as part of the F&B team to deliver warm, welcoming service to hotel guests and local customers.
This full-time role requires flexibility across shifts from 7am to 11pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Barista experience is desirable, with training provided for the right person.
