edyn.care is seeking a compassionate Live-in Care Assessor to join our Sales team, specializing in onboarding new clients. You will own assessments, create person-centered care plans, produce risk assessments and complete required documentation to support safe, start-ready care packages.
You’ll align with Care Management, attend meetings, and help ensure smooth handovers between Sales and Care teams while prioritising client safety and high-quality care from day one.
