An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our multidisciplinary Kendal office and support our commercial property team on a full time, permanent basis. The role is varied, and the successful candidate will need to be flexible.

Typical responsibilities will include:
- Audio dictation/copy typing for professionals including letters, email and reports
- Raising and processing invoices
- Answering/processing telephone calls and accurate message taking
- Maintaining databases and electronic files
- Paper filing, archiving and photocopying
- Office and administration responsibilities
- Front of house duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good interpersonal skills
- Accurate typing
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Be a team player and prepared to assist within other areas of the office where required
