An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our multidisciplinary Kendal office and support our commercial property team on a full time, permanent basis. The role is varied, and the successful candidate will need to be flexible.

Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Audio dictation/copy typing for professionals including letters, email and reports
  • Raising and processing invoices
  • Answering/processing telephone calls and accurate message taking
  • Maintaining databases and electronic files
  • Paper filing, archiving and photocopying
  • Office and administration responsibilities
  • Front of house duties

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Accurate typing
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Be a team player and prepared to assist within other areas of the office where required
