We’re seeking a dynamic and skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join our thriving company based in Cumbria, supporting a diverse building surveying department within a multi-disciplinary team of Chartered Surveyors.
From historic Lake District properties to contemporary properties, our work spans residential, commercial, and agricultural buildings, focusing on repair, refurbishment, conservation, and design. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in varied and rewarding projects that make a tangible impact.
As part of our team, you’ll tackle a range of services including defect inspections, design and specification, contract administration, schedules of dilapidations, CDM, RICS Level 3 surveys, and reinstatement cost assessments.
This full-time, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week based around Carlisle, Keswick or Kendal, with remuneration aligned with RICS guidance.
