Have you been sold a puppy - they said flexibility but what they meant was Monday - Friday, 9-5. When do you pick up the kids? If you're looking for a sales role that gives you flexibility, my guess is sales isn't new to you. You know how to find people and open conversations in a way that feels natural - not forced. You're likely looking for a role that gives you real autonomy and flexibility, where the output is clear, your time is your own, and what you're selling actually makes a difference. That's this role. We help brands go after the people illegally copying and selling their work online. We just need the right person to help us reach the brands who need us. If that's you, keep reading.
What you'll be doing
- One objective: get leads to respond. Find the right person, open the conversation, qualify the interest, and hand it over to the CRMs in the sales team.
- Day to day looks like:
- Research brands and identify the right decision maker
- Reach out via LinkedIn and Instagram with messages that feel personal, not templated
- Move between industries and prospect types without losing the thread
- Own your pipeline in HubSpot and actively track every prospect so nothing stalls and nothing needs chasing
- Feedback on what's working so we can sharpen the approach together
What good looks like
- Five to six qualified leads a week. Every prospect tracked and progressing — nothing needs chasing by the Head of Sales.
- By week 8–12 you're delivering that consistently. Weeks 1–7 are for getting under the skin of EJIP, the offer, and the prospecting process.
What we're looking for
- You've generated leads before and you can show us the numbers - we'll ask you to walk us through them at interview
- You know how to tailor your outreach to different brands and industries and you do it without being told
- You're discerning - you know which doors are worth knocking on
- You're self-sufficient, professional, and easy to work with
- You use your initiative and don't wait to be told what to do next
- Can manage your own hours - you don't need chasing
- LinkedIn and/or Instagram prospecting experience a plus; HubSpot useful but not required
The role
- Part-time, approximately 20 hours a week.
- Hybrid - South West London with remote days built in.
- We care about output, not clock-watching.
- £31,000 - £37,000 pro rata doe
