Our Client , a global leader in innovative and guest-centric hospitality, is searching for a Cluster Director of Sales to oversee their London properties. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team that is redefining the hotel experience through smart design, cutting-edge technology, and exceptional service.
About the Role
As Cluster Director of Sales , you will support the Regional Director of Sales for Europe and the General Managers of the London properties. You’ll play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in key segments including Business Transient, Business Group, and TMC partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of managed segment budget delivery for assigned properties.
- Drive the entire sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and contracting.
- Lead and manage hotel sales teams, setting strategies and KPIs to achieve targets.
- Plan, implement, and review annual Commercial Action Plans aligned with revenue goals.
- Secure new business and cultivate repeat bookings within the focus segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and customers.
- Monitor market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and driving change to maintain competitive market share.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards.
