Your role The Vice President, Sales Excellence is responsible for driving the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of the regional and global sales organisations. This role designs and implements best-in-class sales processes, tools, capabilities, and performance management systems to accelerate sustainable, profitable growth and enhance customer engagement across all product lines within SUN and VSC. The position partners closely with all BU’s across Semi (SUN) and Chamber Solutions (VSC) with collaboration across CC Sales, Divisional Marketing, Product Management, and other functions to ensure a data-driven, disciplined, and customer-centric approach to sales execution and business success.
