In this role you drive Service readiness within NPI projects, aligning with equipment roadmaps and delivering data-driven governance. You will own service deliverables, track costs and resources, and provide visibility into business case performance across IOs. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and contribute to high-quality semiconductor solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination and execution of Service deliverables across assigned NPI projects
- Develop and own NPI dashboards tracking business case targets, spend, resource forecast, and committed costs
- Manage resource forecasting and alignment with equipment roadmaps and GECIA allocations
- Ensure Service Deliverables align with Equipment NPI projects and cross-functional teams
- Maintain IO cost control and financial governance with accurate IO code allocation and reporting
- Support robust data governance for NPI tracking to enable decision-making and forecasting
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, embedding lessons learned and continuous improvement
Key requirements
- 3+ years PM experience in engineering/product development or industrial settings
- Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong stakeholder management across Product Companies, central teams, and equipment divisions
- Experience in financial tracking, cost control, and dashboard reporting
- Advanced communication and presentation skills for governance forums
- PowerBI or similar dashboard tools
- NPI/gated product development processes (beneficial)
