Your roleAs a Product Sustaining Engineer (TMS), your mission is to provide ongoing support, maintenance, improvement, and lifecycle management of Thermal Management Solutions (TMS) products following release to production. You will report to the Sustaining Team Manager - TMS. You willOwn assigned TMS product lines throughout their lifecycle, ensuring products remain reliable, competitive, manufacturable, and cost effective. Lead product improvements, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, performance, and customer value.Investigate and resolve technical issues arising from manufacturing, suppliers, field service, and customers, driving robust root cause and corrective action solutions.Develop innovative mechanical and electromechanical solutions for thermal management applications, including heated pipes, hoses, equipment, and associated assemblies.Create and maintain engineering documentation, including 3D CAD models, drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials.Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and support business growth.To succeed, you will needWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
