As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, your mission is to design, develop, and sustain a cradle‑to‑grave software support application (APP) for Thermal Management Solutions (TMS), aligned with the business’s strategic objectives, delivering differentiated customer value on schedule and within budget. You will report to the TMS Commercialisation Manager. The mission includes setting architectural direction, establishing standards, and governing the usage of AI agents to ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and developer productivity for both system and platform level software.
