Bring your curiosity to work as our next Communications Manager - Internal & Corporate. You will be part of our Internal and Corporate Communications team reporting to the Head of Internal Corporate Communications.
In this role, your mission is to play a pivotal role in supporting the Semiconductor, Semiconductor Service, and Semiconductor Chamber Solutions divisions through the delivery of internal communications strategies. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day:
- Develop and implement communication strategies that support business objectives and change initiatives.
- Advise senior leaders on effective communication approaches for transformation and growth projects.
- Create engagement plans tailored to segmented internal audiences.
- Lead global change communication campaigns, supporting change programmes globally across the three semiconductor divisions.
- Oversee editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of engaging content across channels (articles, video, events, infographics, presentations, and others).
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across global business units.
- Promote leadership visibility through targeted communications and internal events.
- Define metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Propose and implement improvements to internal communications channels and processes.
- Support internal and corporate events.
- Lead corporate communications on our brands’ official channels.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Communications, Media, Digital Communications, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record in internal and change communications within a global organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Understanding of change management principles.
- Creative mindset with experience in multi‑channel content delivery.
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
