As a Project Manager, your mission is to lead the development, definition and execution of project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop, define and execute detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
- Manage resources, track costs and ensure adherence to project timelines while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders across multiple functions and divisions.
- Communicate project requirements, progress and risks to all levels of the organisation, including Senior Management and external partners.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, reviews and reporting.
- Ensure all projects comply with company processes, quality standards and customer requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience, working as a Project Manager.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile, IPMA) is required.
- Degree in Engineering or Business is an advantage but not essential; other qualifications with more experience will be considered.
- Confident use of Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organisational, leadership and influencing skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to plan and deliver complex projects.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to prioritise multiple activities.
- Familiarity with vacuum technology or related industries is an advantage.
