This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious senior operationally minded HR Leader seeking a role that has a clear pathway in a relatively short space of time to an overall decision making HRD position working with long established experienced MD stakeholders. Our client is an outstanding organisation that develops their staff and has strong people values in everything they do, this role offers the opportunity for the right person to further develop into a global HRD position.

The role will offer full HR responsibility across all areas of HR, the chance to be a true senior business partner to highly experienced MDs and offer full strategic HR support during a key period of positive change and growth. The ideal HR candidates will be from South Yorkshire or West Yorkshire locations, the role is site based with some UK travel. We are seeking operationally focused and experienced confident HR candidates located from the South and West Yorkshire regions who are used to working site based/office based working and willing to travel.

The starting salary is £80 - 85K plus benefits, office-based role with some travel to Manchester location.
